Duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and Assisting in the operations of the hotel or motel to ensure
the highest possible standard of customer service
• Managing tasks such as reception, room service, reservation and other
housekeeping duties
• Ensuring Occupational health and Safety regulations are enforced
• Supervising liquor and gaming areas, restaurant, conference and functions
scheduled.
